An important part of a city, that gives it sense community and character, is its history. One way acknowledging this heritage by preserving historic building structures. Old buildings are witnesses to the aesthetic cultural history helping give people place connection past. Unfortunately, despite their importance within historical most time subject demolition be replaced- leaving behind stories told untold what use be. The paper, therefore, aims explore capability metaverse, using virtual reality touring, revive memory fade. Where can not only act as symbol grandeur but also vital for reviving community’s collective memory. case study focused upon in research paper shows first step development an immersive tour significant “The Egg” or “Beirut City Center” Downtown- which witnessed series unfortunate events lead destruction, erasure, building. Therefore, examining recovery revival unique site unconventional specifically Virtual Reality (VR). assumes reality, main metaverse approach, would help ‘remember’ ‘mentally revive’ destroyed once acted blocks impacted city. To prove hypothesis, two different methodologies will used, theorical analysis literature review, such analyzing keyword, datum from previous works. second method rely on physical methodology, where 3D Models built computer software, Autodesk Revit, then imported VR experience enhanced preserve community, enabling view how these sites were they have now become.
